A Bklyn Larder é uma fromagerie no Brooklyn que definitivamente merece ser visitada por gourmands e amantes de queijo. O local é uma deli diferenciada que oferece produtos de altíssima qualidade, como comidas preparadas, massas, gelatos e sorbets feitos pela casa, chocolates, azeites e uma excelente seleção de sanduíches e doces, assim como outras necessidades gourmet.

Os donos são Andrew Feinberg e Francine Stephen da ótima pizzeria Franny’s em Prospect Hights – recomendada e descrita pelo Chef Alain Ducasse como o local “onde o sustentável se encontra com a paixão pela pizza e comida italiana.”

Quanto aos queijos oferecidos pela Bklyn Larder, os donos informam que possuem uma variedade de várias nacionalidades e alguns difíceis de serem encontrados, mas que possuem uma preferência pelos queijos procedentes de Vermont e da Itália. Disseram, também, que eles abriram a deli para que “não precisassem mais fazer suas compras em outro local”.

Caso você viva ou esteja visitando Park Slope no Brooklyn, e gostaria de ir a um lugar para comer algo rápido ou comprar bons ingredientes para aquele jantar especial, não deixe de passar na Bklyn Larder. Bklyn Larder fromagerie in Brooklyn is definitely a must-visit place for cheese lovers and gourmands.  They are a full-service cheese and deli counter that sell very high-quality products and prepared food that range from organic dried pasta, house-made gelatos and sorbets, chocolates, olive oil, a great selection of sandwiches and sweets, among other gourmet necessities.

The owners are Andrew Feinberg and Francine Stephen of the Prospect Heights must-go pizzeria Franny’s – recommended and once described by Chef Alain Ducasse as the place “where sustainable meets a passion for Italian food and pizza.”

As per the cheese being offered at Bklyn Larder, the owners say they have a mix of hard-to-find cheeses from all over the globe, but a preference for the ones of Vermont and Italy, and that they opened the place “so they would never have to shop anywhere else”.

So, if you live or are visiting Brooklyn and would like to go to a nice place for a quick bite or purchase some nice ingredients for that special dinner, make sure you stop by. It is truly great! Oh, and for the ones living in NY, they have a catering and a shop online service as well.
